This venue is housed in a historic building with rooms located on the 3rd level, boasting good service, an incredible and stunning location, and convenient on-site parking.

It is a luxury hotel with excellent service and great breakfast. However if you are looking for a relax accomodation in vocation. The family hotel in St. Wolfgang may be a good choice. There is no other facilities near the hotel.

The welcome at the hotel was absolutely excellent we were made to feel so special.The outlook was stunning.The food was superb and the hotel took great pains to serve us even though we were very late on returning after the shows in Salzburg

We felt that our room was disappointingly small for being called a "Grand deluxe double room" and for the price we paid.Our friends paid the same and had a far better room.we did not want to make a fuss as they were introducing us to this beautiful hotel and complaining would have spoilt the holiday,but i would ask next time for a bigger room

our stay at this luxury collection was the perfect retreat. the spa, views of the lake, and breakfast were breathtaking. the service was exceptional and the staff made us feel welcomed. a walk around the serene lake was the highlight of our stay.

For the money that they charge they should provide everything in the room without being asked for.Although they provide when requested.

Stunning lake views, attentive staff, superb breakfast. Amazing location, great restaurant. Helpful personnel, fantastic food. Surprised us daily for our anniversary, made my wife very happy. Reception, restaurant, and concierge staff remembered our names. Highly recommended for couples.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel on a beautiful lake. The room was the best I've ever stayed in, very well decorated and spacious. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including a large spa center with a view of the Alps and the lake. The breakfast options were great, with a buffet and a la carte choices, and the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake provided a lovely setting. The staff were beyond expectations, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The Hospitality of the staff was amazing, the location of the property, the Spa and specially the food in all it was a amazing and unforgetable experience and would really like to visit this property again.

The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed with a comfortable bedroom and great views, making us feel right at home.
